Malaysia Super League

A Malaysian fan of FM here.. would like to know if my Malaysian Super League can recruit any foreign import players?..
Because on FM2009 and FM2010, Malaysian club can't recruit foreign players.. But now in season 2011/2012(real life season), Malaysia clubs can have foreign import players.. Is it apply to MSL in FM 2012..?

bro.. Create new game -> choose nation (malaysia) -> Next --> at Game Start Date, choose : [Malaysia(november 2011)] --> start game. There u go... import players are back!!
