Yes, it is released! You can play with your favorite Maltese team! All you need is just to download and install this database. The Maltese League replaces the Austrian Bundesliga.

a) Added Maltese Premier League
b) Added a Lower Maltese League
c) Added a Maltese FA Cup

How to install

Step 1 - Download the database
Step 2 - Extract it with WinRar (if you don't have it, you need to get it)
Step 3 - Finish the extracting and enjoy!

Known bugs:
1) I could not replace the Austrian Flag with the Maltese Flag
2) There are still some Austrian Teams in Maltese FA Cup
3) In the Lower League I added some Maltese Teams which are not in the 2nd Maltese League, they are in 3rd League.
4) I could not modify the League Rules and Cup Rules, unfortunately this is almost impossible because they are encrypt in game.
