yeah most clubs and Wham might have accepted 10m

As much as I want him to do well (being Wales captian and all) he's not worth 14m...although no players are worth reported values these days. Hughes is the manager who has got the best out of him at club and international level so he might do well there, if he plays and stays injury free.
