so it was chelsea then it was man united and now it turns out that man city have done it to it is terrible that teams are doing this to sign youngstars
I have heard of all this **** going on with young signings and Chelsea getting banned but what is it they exactly did that was wrong/illegal/breaking the rules?? I just heard it was some contract breach??
