As you can see i definitely have the talent. The team is simply not playing up to expectations.

Recent signings: M'Vila, Sakho

I would really appreciate it if somebody could help me figure out whats wrong with my tactics, or if i should sell/buy any players

I would say, with the players you have that you need more defensive grit. I would suggest mobing into a 4-2-3-1.

Inside F-Sanchez

^ What he said, though I'd have Sanchez as the winger and Silva as the inside forward. On Silva's wing it might be worth having his corresponding full-back set to Attack rather than Support if you do play him as an Inside Fwd. Formidable team you have though.
