Hi, can I have some help please? I'm Manchester City on Football Manager 2012... All of my 'familiarity' levels are fluid (100%) except my formation which is 'awkward', what formation can I use to get it 100%? Can anybody help me please?

No formation will be fluid just by default .Just like with the tempo, width etc, the team ( not the club or specific players as such ) needs to get fluid with the formation, training it and playing matches with it. The key you are loooking for here is TIME.
