Sorry I'm a bit late but here it goes:
RB: I loved Srna from fm09 he was class so I would definitely recommend him. Also go for Sagna he's a bit pricy at 30.5m pounds but he is still a good right back.
LB: Andres Guardado is a wing back but I sometimes play him in this position and you can get him really cheap, around 5-10m. Chiellini is another option at 40m.
CM: I loved Moutinho and Hamsik from 09. You can get Modric they always buy him on my saves. I personally would go for Fabregas but you have to pay 60m to land him.
FC: Dzeko. He is unstoppable, a goal machine. I don't think you'll need him though Man City have plenty of great strikers. You might need a backup striker though. In that case, I would buy Ruud Van Nistelrooy from Real Madrid after his injury or Landon Donovan for free but he arrives in January.

Well Ruud has moved to HSV and Donovon is in contract i think until 2012.
