Man Marking & how to do it

Well as the title says i wanna know how I can set a player or players to mark certain other players essentially my left wingback to mark there right mid and my right wing back to mark there left mid

on match day tactical screen, select player , then at Player Instruction screen you can find option Man Marking. it could be zonal / man mark / specific player you would want to mark.
