3quarters through my first season and looking quite good as im 2nd by goal difference, looking to build a new team of younger players.

so can anyone recomend and good youngsters please ?

planning on getting - jack rodwell as a replacement of micheal carrick, phil jones as a replacement of ferdinand in a couple of years anywhere i need some youth in my team. Also can anyone recomend the next ji-sung park ???

Berbatov can be used as a target man set on attack/support but I use him as an advanced forward and it works well. You should set Hernandez to a poacher. He can score a lot(and I mean a LOT) of goals if you can get the best out of him.

Berbatov - Treq. or Deep lying forward.
Hernandez - Poacher or Advanced forward.

Get Rodwell as replacement for Hargreaves, he doesn't have the passing for Carrick's role. Try Defour, Vidal, Poli for Carrick.
 
id sign cairney look at wickham and kadlec as long term replacement for rooney and berbatov bale works wonders for me on left
