You'll get Nick Powell at the end of the first season, he develops really well, so there's an option. Paul Pogba is among the best I've seen ingame, but horribly expensive.. Try getting Koke, if you can. Or maybe even Veratti.

Veratti = Has done insane for both my Man United and Real Madrid save. Only midfielder I've had who did better than him was Isco, who I retrained to become a central midfielder (which in this case is not an option for you).

I've also had Pogba on my Real Madrid save, and he did not do so very well in my tactics, probably because he's a lot better as a box-to-box midfielder, than a playmaker. He didn't do bad, but the other guys did better than him (even Gundogan).

Probably quite expensive though.

If you want someone to pair with Fellaini: Axel Witsel, although he'll be a little bit more expensive than 30 million...he's the best all-around players that I tested, and almost always perform.
Pogba is almost on the same league, problem is that he has a few flaws that takes time to correct. Nonetheless, really good, with great long shots. Problem: sometimes he just "sleeps" and does nothing good and that must be because he's really(and surprisingly) young
Bang for the buck: Keisuke Honda! Be fast, as Milan always tries to buy him. Comes with as little as 1.5 million pounds! Adaptation can be a problem, but when he starts performing... wow.
Verratti: he would be perfect IF, and a big one, if he was a little bit taller. In a 3 midfilder composition he would be a monster, but paring him with only Fellaini...I don't know...
Florenzi was one of my favourite players in fm 2013, bt he was a AML! I'm quite curious to test him in CM. Might be good!

you might think "Dont be silly" but N'Zonzi is a very good DLP and so is Ahley Westwood ive used both and in other saves seen them both go to big clubs or Morgan S from Southampton

Got to agree on this one, I some how came across alessandro florenzi and paid 13million for him he was a 2 star ability with a 4 star potential it's not even the end of my first season and his price has gone up to 17mill and he's ability had gone up to 3 and half star! Awesome player scores some right screamers aswell!
