Bit of an excessive fine isn't it. Especially when the booking that took it over the limit was Tevez taking his shirt off :|

Well I think 2 bookings came from Van Der Sar & Rio complaining to linesman about hand ball at first goal. Rooney for diving and Tevez. I don't remember the others.

A daft rule I think, but we're not the only ones to have been hit by it. It all depends on the ref cos its a fact some refs will issue more bookings than others. The FA need to get their priorities right, and see to things like clarifying the offside rule, get rid of an automatic one match ban for a red card; but we know that will never happen
