Man utd first season how should Hamsik be played to get the best out of here

I am using Raikan007's Perfect 4-4-2 tactics but Hamsik never seems to be playing well. Also how should Hernández be played?

Always done better as Adv. Playmaker - Attack for me.
I play him as an AMC though where he's brilliant.
