Man Utd in Southern League Cup?

I'm in my 2nd season with Man Utd using the level 9db, and for some reason Man Utd are in the Southern League Cup? Why is this and is there an ingame fix? If not I dont really mind as its a competition I can use my under 18's in but I'd just like to know why it happens.

ahh things like this often happen on extended databases don't think there's a fix. anticipating some joker to say 'because all there fans are southern'

it doesnt bother me as like i say i'll just use it as a reserve competition, just thought it was a little odd lol.
