Man Utd Startup Transfer Funds

Hi,

I bought a Steam copy of Football Manager 2012, and chose to manage Man Utd. But I noticed that my initial transfer budget was non existent - not a single pound. Is it supposed to be like this, or did I do something wrong with the editor?

at the very start when you create a new game check that you havent disabled first window budgets
