Been managing United for about 6 years now and wanted to start something new so I applied for the England job. Since I`ve won everything with United I got the job, and I`m been playing for about a year.

But I`ve noticed that the squad does not learn my tactic at all and the familiarity is the same as when I first begun. Is it possible to make the squad learn it faster?

Have not made many changes to the squad each time, maybe 2 or 3 changes each time. And been playing friendlies as often as possible.

Just run of out ideas now..

Is it a bug or just something SI think is a real life scenario/problem?

I'm playing as United 4 seasons in and took the France job. I play exactly the same tactic with France as I do with United and I've not lost so far (probably played around fourteen or so matches now).

I just pick which players I think will fit the formation and drop those that don't. For example Benzema hasn't been good at all so he does not get called up now but Griezmann, Martial and Lanzette are great in the striking department.
