Manageable leagues in-game?

Hiya.

Just wondering if I can change the amount of leagues that I can manage, within the game? I'm in 2015 Arsenal and I would like a stint in Spain or Italy at some point. Or am I doomed to the mediocrity of English football?

Ah... Well I'm embarrassed.

I didn't think I could, because when I added Spain, Italy etc. I didn't notice anything different in the Job centre, only English ones. But the countries did say "From 30.6.2015" etc. so I assume that it's active on that date?

Hit the nail on the head there, they become active to play/view on that date yes :)
