I am trying to sign a player on a free and when he agrees his contract and it comes to 'set to sign', it says on the message that he his set to sign blah blah and then at the bottom - Under 18s Manager "Name" has withdrawn this transfer on behalf of the management. He always fails to get a work permit, but this has happened before with players and normally they still sign but you just loan them out...
