Manager attribute help!

Hi there, firstly I apologise if this is in the wrong thread, tbh, im not sure where to put it.
O.T.; Does any one know how to get the percentages for the manager attributes, which is located on your managerial profile. It was there in football manager 2011 but not in this one for some reason :S?.
