Has anyone got more information on them like what is best have (obviously top marks)

How it affects the game and so on?

Purely my opinion:

If you're managing in the lower leagues, pick more Tracksuit. You'll be able to better coach your players and save money.

If you're managing in the better leagues (where money to spend on coaches isn't an issue) I'll always pick more Tactical

Is it possible to raise your attributes? If you start with no coaching badges and no playing experience, are you doomed to have terrible stats forever or can you improve somehow?

Okay, and what happens then? Do your attributes all raise in a random manner or do you get more points to assign like in the beginning?

And does this only raise your coaching attributes or also your mental ones? Because at the start of the game your mental attributes are related to your playing experience not your coaching badges.

the attributes raise up. you dont get to assign points like when you first create your manager
