Manager Comments & Tutoring Players

Do either of these things have any noticeable effect on anything?

I never bother responding to comments made about me by other managers - seems a bit pointless.

I've done the tutoring thing but never noticed any drastic change in the player being tutored.

Tutoring is crucial to developng new players. Crucial thing to tutoring is picking the right tutor. Ideally it has to be your most professional , determined player with similar personality to the youngster and some useful Player Prefered Moves he can pass around.

I never bothered commenting about managers.
