Just a quick question i got offered a contract and i asked to add sign high profile players on it

what does this do?

If I'm not mistaken, if you add criterias to the "add philosophy" the board will judge you based on this as well as on your performances in the different competitions. For example, I have "play attacking football" as a philosophy on my contract, and thus the board expects me to do exactly that.
