I am sure this has been mentioned countless times on these forums but I still haven't found a working solution. My manager picture disappeared, and I got the grey default face, so I find a solution where I need to use my manager's ID to save the image in sports interactive/football manager 2011/graphics/faces/me as an png image, but it did not work and now I have a blank image, not even the grey face, just blank. Any help?
