Manager nationality and regens

Hey guys I was wondering, I am managing Arsenal and also the US national team and I was wondering, if I have "american" as my nationality does that in any way impact the chance of me getting regens with the US as their first or second nationality. Does it help if my coaches are american? Thanks

Yes, Yes and Yes.

But your Head of Youth Development being American/ having US scouting knowledge at 100% makes the chance of this happening much higher.
