Manager of the month

How is this award calculated? After 12 games I'm undefeated, I have 9 wins and 3 draws, undefeated so far this season if you count the cup to, my team have scored the largest amount of goals, conceded the lowest number and so on... but when the monthly awards are handed out I dont even come in the top three. The winner was the manager of a team which I beat 5-0 away, they are in the middle of the table. The same goes for the 2nd and 3rd place.

What are the criterias for winning this award?

don't know mate but even if your pwning the league for the whole year with consistently great results you normally only get the award twice.oO)

I never get it even though i was relegation favorites and finished 6th. Kind of annoying.

Its pretty odd.. during my first season it seemed to go as "planed"; the manager who had performed best during that month would win it, but now that i'm in my second season there is no sence what so ever. Could almost seem like a minor bug :S
