Manager of the year award

Hi,

I've been playing as Paris FC and I was predicted 20th place in Ligue 1, and i got 9th place- and I also won the two domestic competitions. Is there any reason why I've not even been shortlisted for manager of the year award?

Its done on a pts basis i think not sure how they work but before i've won the PL Fa cup and come second to someone who didnt win anything :/

Did you win any manager of the months. As InValide Jnr has said its based on a point system, if you haven't built up enough points you wont be considered. Its usually the manager who wins the league, or for example say Ian Holloway for keeping blackpool in the prem and winning the cup beating the big 5 along the way.
