i started a save as unemployed, and thinking nothing of it i put my past experience to semi pro, it took me untill 8 games before end of season to get a job. it was at oxford who looked like they would go down, i kept them up and in my first full season turned it around and finished 8th.
no problem, but i only had a one year contract and when the board became difficult, with no transfer budget and not allowing as many coaches as i liked etc, i decided not to renew my contract.
but again im not getting any offers and my aplications are all failling, so is there any way i can change my past experience.
