if you mean the manager you are playing as then when you are on the game you need to make a note of his unique id. (might have to turn them on via preferences to find it. then you'd need to name the photo you wanted to use as the unique id of your playable manager and then create a config file to put it in the game.
i can't help you with making a config but i'm sure there must be a template somewhere in teh graphics forums.
