Manager Picture Help

Hi everyone, i am new to the forum but not new to Football Manager but i still need some assistance in some problem i got.I forgot to put my manager picture at the start of the game and now i got a large facepack, a good skin and a consistent logo pack.Still i do not got my manager picture which undoubtely sucks.So if someone would help or guide to put my manager picture in FM11 i would appreciate it.Sorry if i typed some words wrong, i am from Romania.
 
all other managers should have faces but you wont because you have to add a picture at the start when you pick your team...
 
I know that but i did not put a picture at the start of the game when i chose a team.Now its too late for i to get manager picture?There gotta be a solution to put a manager picture during the game.
 
Is it good?This i have done.I ticked the box " show unique ids" at " preferences " after that i chose a picture from my PC and renamed it with my ID number of manager and save it as .png.After that i saved it in my graphics folder and made a new folder named "me" and another one " individual" and save the picture in both folder.After that i got a config tool named "fmxl" sort of that was called the program to make a config file but not success.After i made the config files i saved them in both folders " me" and "individual" and after that i unticked the box show unique ids and confirmed but no success.Any ideeas?

Could you give me the exact config file?Or assist me through PM, if you are kind, or someone else who wants to help me.
