Manager problem

I am managing arsenal and i want to manage a national team as well.I applied for the Brazilian job and they offered it to me.i accepted it but the game moves on as usual .i don't get to manage that national team.is this happening only for me r anyone else having the same problem.How do i fix it ???HELP PLEASE
