Manager Profile

I've been in charge of fleetwood now for 3 seasons, and am part-way into the fourth. Taking a look at my manager profile, my mental stats are:

Club/Player Loyalty: 10
Domestic Player Bias: 15
Financial Control: 16
Hands On Approach: 5
Squad Discipline: 15
Tactical Consistency: 17

I'm not happy with the level of loyalty, considering i have only made minimal changes to playing staff through my career, although my staff have changed around a fair bit, and i have stayed with the same club, rejecting other offers or speculation.

Also, how do i improve my Hands On Approach? In this fourht season i have taken control of all press conferences and arranging freindlies, and i have always been in full control of player contracts. Is there anything else i can do to up this level?

Hands on Approach doesn't seem to work at all. Mine always goes down to 1 after a few seasons

It goes down if you push ask assistant for anything, team talks, OI etc
