How many types of "manager relationships" are there?

I have only seen "feels the two of you could become friends" and "has a fairly poor opinion of you".

Are there any other where you actually are friends or managers who actually come to hate you?

Nope. That's about it.

You can tell that the manager is your friend if you are on his favoured persons list. And he hates you if you get slammed in the media every couple of weeks by him.

There's also a "No opinion" relationship status. Usually when the manager is on different league.
