Manager reputation

Hi.

I was wondering, can the status of your manager decrease? I mean, if you reach a continental "level", can you go down again to national?

i think so but only if stay unemployed for a long while

Nope. Not if you stay unemployed. You could be manager of Barcelona or AC MIlan and go down to National. You just have to do very badly, sign nobody, etc.
