Manager Reputation?

I've started a game with Spurs after my game other became corrupted. I've signed some players, staff and sorted out the training and just played the first match of the season against Chelsea, which I won (3-0 .) However, I've just realised I've set my Manager Rep to automatic, thus meaning players don't respond to my team talks, or when they do it gives them a bad morale! I've tried having my Assistant manager do the TT, but it's the same outcome. I was wondering if there's a way in which I can change my manager rep without having to start a new game...? Thanks!!

As the season progresses they'll like you more and more. It's part of the challenge of FM, don't take the easy option. Never get your assistant manager to take the team talk either as it angers the players.

It won't matter next season, as long as you reach your board's target.
