Manager_Error....error, please help

Hi,
New to the forum so please excuse me if this thread is in the wrong place.

But i get this error, everytime im plying FM after a while i get an error saying

MATCH_MANAGER::lcad_tatics()- could not load tatics

I have reinstalled, updated directX, updated my graphics card as well and yet i get this problem.
If anyone could help i would like that very much.

According to this thread on the SI forums, you need to reinstall.

Q) I get a error called MATCH_MANAGER::load_tactics() - could not load tactics.
A) Reinstall the game. Follow the instructions above ^, then simply reinstall it.

Q) How do you uninstall the game?
A) Simply go to Control Panel, then Add or remove programs (programs for Vista). Then click on Football Manager 2009 and click remove.
For Steam. Right click on your game in the games blade, and click delete local content.

When it happens i press ok then it keep comming up, i have to then close it via clt+alt+del

and ive already used that forum, it still happens oh and im running on XP not vista
