managerial discipline

hi guy.. im managing liverpool, but find some player slight concerns worried by the lack of managerial discipline... wat can i do to stop this?? help...thx

slag them off for bad performances ban them for 2 weeks if they get a red card

Make sure you fine them 2 weeks wages for sendings off.If they have played badly tell them so in the team-talks.

give a few harsh team talks..or put training up to heavy for a week or 2

If your on a bad run or team spirit is bad,click on a player,preferebly one with high influence stats like your captain.Then go to player interaction and on there should be the option to instruct the player to call a player meeting about the current poor form or poor team spirit.Hope that helps.
