Managerless liverpool, but can't apply for job

Hello,

i don't know if this is a glitch or not but on my game Liverpool sacked Roy Hodgson and i got offered the job, which i rejected, but a month later i looked at the Liverpool staff list and there was no manager and i can't apply for the job (not that i want it)...but just wondering if a team can play without a manager?

It can happen,
on my catania save
AC Milan,Fiorentina and Roma alll without managers and playing games

cos on mine they are playing rubbish!

Well check the jobs screen on your overview page

they are still managerless and still cant apply,

they have been managerless for three months now!

goonergun can you apply for the a.c. milan or roma jobs?

one way to fix this may be create a new manager in those jobs then retire?

They've probably got an interim manager(if thats what its called)

they have just got Sammy lee as assistant manager, its been another 2 months now and no change in management!

Can you not 'Declare Interest' in the job, then they may offer it to you again?

They must have a caretaker manager, but most of the time it doesn't show their status.

check the transfers page for staff on the Liverpool squad screen...

they might have offered it to someone else who isn't joining until the end of the season (I once did that with Man Utd. They offered me the job in January and I asked if I could delay to the end of the season AND THEY AGREED!! LOL! )
