Manager's Date of Birth: Never seems correct...

Hi.
In FM2010 I have set up a manager with my all my own real life details. I'm 22 years old, however my age always shows up as being 29 or 30 years old when I start a new game. Is there some kind of 'minimum manager age' built into this game? Any info would be appreciated.

Yes it has a minimum age of 30 built in. It's probably because the manager should have some experience in the game and a 22 year old person in football is normally a player. Your age should also have an influence on how much respect the team has for you. Can you picture Chelsea's old age pensioners listening to some young kid in real life.
