Managing Budgets

Hi All,

is there anything else i can do regarding budget management?
I am managing Luton and currently top of league 2 mid February. have managed to get the wage budget 15k under budget and not spent a penny in transfers yet still manage to lose over 200k per month and going into the red.
Any suggestions on how to maintain a positive cash flow?

I've found that mid season it's really hard to do and most of the money comes at the end of the season which should put you in the green.

I am struggling with it as well TBH. Morecambe Town, took over them when they were relegated to VN, we are top of the league, seven points clear, wage budget still has 2,500 quid in it and we are 'debt-ridden' apparently, despite attendance back at L2 levels. 7 games left.

I guess promotion and bigger sponsorships/tv money would help BUT after a couple of decent cup runs (still in FA Trophy) we are slowly bleeding out.

I am just praying we get some decent sponsorship etc in the new season, dreading the board selling all the best players. Cant afford that in league one as we have zero money to replace anyone!
