Hello guys, I have a problem that I can't seem to work out.

I am the national manager of Spain and am doing good things there. It's 2012 and 2 years to my next big competition. I don't want to sit around and wait for 2 years.

So I want to manage a club as well.

I have been approached many times and always say no. Then decided to agree. And as soon as the deal was agreed on, I became manager of said team, and lost my job as manager of Spain in the progress.

Any tips?

You Shouldn't Lose Your Job. It Never Happens To Me. But When I Do It I Am The Manager Of A Club Applying For A Country Position Not The Other Way Round.

Ermm, this never seemed to of happened to me, but mine was always the other way round.

It shouldn't happen. I remember a few saves back, I was managing China and accepted an offer to Bayern Munich, didn't have any problems. Sorry mate, don't really know any solutions to this.

Weird, it didn't happened to me. I'm playing a new save now and managing France at the start of the game. Like you, feeling really **** bored and on my other 2 saves, France always has great newgens so i'd rather play a club as well and sign them to train them as my future france squad so Barcelona. At approached me and I accepted it with no issue.

Were your boardroom confidence in you below normal? If so, they probably think you can't handle managing both club and nation so they sacked you. If not, no idea why. I'm only guessing as the case with Brazil, if you aren't the top of everything or lost before final, you will get sack easily lol. Some Nations' FA is over the top.
