i am in my second season with torino after getting promoted last season. my board expects me to avoid regulation. i have played two matches so far, as roma and cagilari. i lost 2-1 to roma and 3-1 to cagilari. does anyone know of any tips to keep my players morale decent? being a newly promoted team, i am not expected to win many games so morale is obviously going to be low.

Try to create friendlies when you have free time between matches... Try to create a rigid tatic instead of a well playing one! Until you gain enough money to buy players who can help you play good football!

1.When playing a team you are not likely to get anything from tell them the pressure is off and tell your key guys you have faith in their ability in team talks (especially if you have a playmaker in your side). And obviously praise any positive result).
2.Pray for a good cup run.
3.If someone is having a really bad run you could stick them in the reserves to get a bit of confidence back.
4.Your only other option is to win!!

yea i am currently in the regulation zone. if i can pull out one win, i will move up to 15th place or so. I Was given quite a bit of money for the august transfer window (40 million) so i did buy some players.
