Managing teams that are rich

Every single time when I play with a huge team like Barcelona, Real Madrid, United, etc and I have a big budget I transfer a lot of players that I don't usually need. What to do? I don't like to manage a small team.

What do you mean, what do you do? Spend the money, or if you don't want more than 1-2 player per position, don't.

Well, see your squad, see where do you lack depth, buy player that fullfills said depth. Or, see young players, see if he has potential to break into your team, buy said player.
