Managing the reserves.

Apologies if this is in the wrong place......

Is there any way apart from taking control of the reserves that I can avoid certain players being picked for my reserves? I am Arsenal in 2nd season and have lots of players I don't need in reserves but don't see the point in playing them ahead of my hot prospects. Any ideas? I suppose I could relegate them to u18s but that seems a little drastic!

The ones picked for reserves games are the first team players made available and U18 players.
So if you want mainly U18 players to play the reserves games,a simple solution would be to keep the senior players in your first team,but make then unavailable for reserves.

That makes sense. Hate having a huge 1st team squad though- can't stand seeing Bendtner's name.
