i am slowly starting to get the hang of this game. i am still overwhelmed with the amount of players i have and training. How do you guys go about managing all of these players. I want to produce young good players and eventually sell them off or play them in my squad. for example, if i have 3 wonderkids, should i just focus on their development by playing them in friendlies , the last 20 minutes of a game, or in games when i am winning big? what should i do with the average youth players? should i just loan them out to affiliated clubs. i guess my issue, is i am having trouble managing all these players. any tips?

1) friendlies do not count, they need to be competitive matches
2) rotate them in your squad, subbing them for at least 1 minute every game, counts as an appearance, more time the better as they have a chance to score and play well which will boost their morale and in turn boost training focus and in turn boost player stats

go through most of the tips in here, they are tried and tested:)

Firstly create ur own training schedule, and place them in it.Next either loan them out or fit them into it squad bit by bit, first by cameos, then to on-off starts ,before trying them out in big matches.most important, they mist have game experience, and it is best u can use a senior player to tutor them
