Manchester City - Young Players

Hello,

Yes I know, Manchester City I can buy almost anyone I want, but I'm not looking for the big names. The team I have now is good, and it'll be good enough for 1 more season, then I'll have to buy some big named players, but for now I'm going for the young players for the future.

No older then 19
Must turn into a player who could fit into a big club's first team when they get good.

As I'm nearly at the end of the season, I'll be buying them at the start of next season, so I don't know my exact budget I'll have, so for now I'd just like names.
