Seriously though, you're Manchester City, get Thiago Silva in for about £35 million, and you pretty much have a squad to win everything. Get yourself a half decent tactic, brush up on your man management skills (there are plenty of guides to team talks on here) and you'll do well.

Or if you want a challenge, sell every first team player, and use all the money to COMPLETELY rebuild the squad.
