After a break from Football Manager, I am now fully energized to get a new story started. As I did before I will do it again the six English clubs who has the highest expectations.


I will take control of all those 6 teams and just to be sure I have no preferences for any of the teams.
I had a quick look at the selections and I do have an idea how to strengthen every single one of the teams but for me the new ways of tactic building is new so I’ll show how I think it could work per team. Any help when the tactics are not up to standard would be great. But first things first let’s introduce the selections!
 
Tottenham Hotspur

The rest of the team will come some other time but for now Tottenham is ready

As an Intro I will say that all 1st​ team selection will exist out of 25 players with at least 4 home grown players and 4 players trained in England (due to maximum 25 registration European competition I always work with a 25 first team squad) The first thing to mention is that


With this selection I am quite happy but as you can see at the backs I only have 3 backs so I need to sign a leftback and if I will have enough money remaining I will look for an extra central attacking midfileder.

Later I will continue but for so far Tottenham.

With Arsenal there are 2 open slots, for these slots I am aiming for a new striker and a new central defender. With only 3 central defenders I think a 4th​ is needed, Giroud is a good back up striker but I really want another striker to bring home the goals.

Selection Manchester United


With Manchester United I managed to fill the squad with 25 players still I am looking to strengthen the squad because every team can improve. For Manchester United I am looking for a central midfielder and a left back.
 
Selection Chelsea

Chelsea has some awesome setup but the biggest problem are the registration players, need to improve the squad to take Chelsea a step further most likely I would sign a left back to compete with Ashley Cole and help to get more quality players to register.

"With Giroud and Sanogo we did have options as strikers but I wanted to bring in another striker to bring us goals and I have very much confidence that Seydou will deliver. Of course 23 million is a lot of money but for someone of his quality I believe it is well spent money.

Some good signings made, but I do think you overspent on Doumbia. A younger striker could of been bought for less but impressed with Veratti to United and Davies to Chelsea.

Maybe i did with Doumbia but clubs asks mostly so ridiculous lots of money I wanted to sign Shaw his value is set at 4,9 million but if i want to buy him I have to pay at least 30/35 million that is way I only pay to much when I really want someone and I really wanted Doumbia.
