Romanov's axe falls on 10th Hearts boss
John McGlynn has become the 10th manager of Heart of Midlothian to be sacked by Vladimir Romanov, the club's eccentric Lithuanian owner.
Hearts are looking to make the new manager a young, bright manager with a realistic long-term vision for the financially crumbling Edinburgh outfit.
Current backroom staff Gary Locke and Edgaras Jankauskas are billed as potential new managers as the Jambos look to avoid adding another wage to their spiralling salaries.
