I've had matches that have felt like they've been fixed.

In one match I picked up 11 yellow cards (2 players sent off for 2nd yellow) and 1 straight red.

The opposition received no cards at all...

I had another match where 4 goals were disallowed for offside.

Yes,i think there is not match fixing,but there are some suspicious matches.

No, there isn't. There are some instances when there are some extraordinary refereeing decisions, and some absurd cases of luck, just like real life, but there is no match fixing in the game.

Sometimes you just get the feeling that you're going to lose a 3 goal lead or you're going to lose a match in the last minute...or even win in the last minute...but it's keeping realistic, since that happens in real life too So no, matches are not fixed.
