Just wondering which one works for everyone?

For example what do you set at the start of the season, middle and end .......

I always start with TACTIC so that the teams gets fluid with your approach/es quicker. After this, I mostly go for Team Work to get the squad together. Regarding Att/Defenisve set pieces or Def/Attack position/Movement, its something that needs to b setup in regards to the coming game.

I might go for that to, but thats training and not a Match Preperation.
Normally, I start the preseason with Fitness Training since this is where the players tend to loose in stats during the holidaybreak. After that, I use Team Cohesion and then I use my "normal " training, all depending on the tactical approach I use with the team ( Barca esque, Bolton Esque etc)
