Simple question really; For a while, I've set my workload on my match prep on "Heavy" and this is the result:

What I want to know is if I can put the workload to low/average now and will the stats remain all maxed as "Fluid"?

Thanks.

If you change it down, it is unlikely to stay the same.

I am not sure but I guess it is just cause and effect so to speak. :S

results in a 1-0 loss at home i see : i'd put it down .
i've allways used low or very low workload and my bars are allways filled up

They will remain the same if you keep playing mathches. During winter break and summer break they wil get lower so be ready to set up friendlies.

ok :) good point man
in the winterbreak this is good for keeping your team perform well .

It will stay like that if you continue to use that tactic. if you cahnge, and don't use it, they will decrease.

That's why my team always has a dip in form in the winter. Thanks for the info ;)
Also if you put the workload lower, as long as you play games with that tactic it will stay the same.

I have it on High until the bars fill up or in summer break otherwise I keep it on low. Its news to me that the bars go down during winter, ill monitor them in the game im playing atm and see if they drop down, if they do then yeah get it on heavy till they fill up.

Don't know why people say they're going to go down, they won't. When you've reached a point where you're happy (fluid is best of course), you can decrease the slider to one notch above the lowest position, and the bars will stay the same as long as you keep using that tactic.

they will go down if you add too many new signings... I had my team on fluid then added 4 or 5 players to the squad (not necessarily the first-team although they've all had game-time) and the bars went down to 75%

I've always had mine on medium, and its once its reached fluid, its never dropped for me.

You should lower it as soon as you reach fluid. The slider will cut into your normal training quota, and you can have the slider lower without risk of the bars dropping.

Yes, as long as your playing with that formation regularly.
